About Captain Zach Lapp
Ive spent my whole life on Point Judith Pond. It all started on a small 12 foot aluminum boat my parents owned that i grew up on. As I grew older and was able to take the boat out myself and explore all the pond had to offer and found one of the most unique and enjoyable areas of water to fish on. To this day the pond is still one of the most enjoyable areas to fish on throughout the year and each year is always different.
The boat is a 1976 17 foot Mako which has been restored and modified for fly fishing. Its powered by a 90hp Johnson outboard engine. It also has been equipped with a bow mounted Minnkota Terrova trolling motor with spot lock.

- Food: Bring water and a snack
- Gear Provided: Orvis Hydros V and Clearwater 8wt rod spooled with floating line with my own hand tied flies
